The information is backed up, and archives are stored in a secure location. Munch is taking reasonable action to keep your information safe. Nevertheless, Munch is not responsible for any damages to the information, or to the functionality of the Platform, caused by reasons beyond its control, force majeure, cyber-attacks, pandemics, strikes, etc.

  • We may need to verify your identity before processing your request; When you make a request, we will first have to verify your identity, and only once we have verified and authenticated your identity, we will continue fulfilling your rights. Hence, When a request is made, we may ask for further information to authenticate your identity. Please note that we may decline any unverified request.
